We’re now seeking a Lead Underwriter to lead our Agricultural Farm Team—someone with the expertise, drive, and vision to grow our farm portfolio and mentor the next generation of underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive profitable growth across designated farm schemes through strategic underwriting

• Lead technical and trading development within the team

• Strengthen broker relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Manage insurer partnerships and ensure alignment across all schemes

• Negotiate and issue New Business, MTAs, and Renewals within agreed parameters

• Coach and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence

• Represent the Glemham brand with professionalism and pride
