Short-Stay Accommodation Insurance
Cover for property owners renting out furnished accommodation for short stays, including serviced accommodation, holiday lets, and Airbnbs.
Running a short stay business means allowing a high turnover of mostly unvetted, short-term “tenants / guests” to use a property, which presents a risk to your client, and their business. Short-stay insurance protects your client's liabilities as a landlord, their property, and their income.
